Born into dairy on her family’s farm before becoming an expert in dairy environmental systems working with Cornell PRO-DAIRY. Extensive experience in dairy farm design, technology integration, farmer education, animal welfare, and on-farm methane reduction.

Holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cornell University. She resides in Chicago.

Known for turning broad visions into workable systems, Joe focuses on clear governance, practical data tools, and collaboration that delivers measurable results.

Senior sustainability leader with over 15 years of experience in sustainable supply chains. Formerly with WWF, where he gained strong expertise in agriculture and livestock systems, corporate sustainability, and standards.

Holds an MBA in International Business and MA in Global Finance, Trade & Economics from the University of Denver and a BA in History from Concordia College. He resides in Colorado Springs.
